LZA Homes equestrian chic pop-up booth with German Shepherd at WSHJA horse show

At LZA Homes, real estate is about far more than buying and selling properties—it’s about actively showing up, supporting, and serving our local community. Earlier this month (September 10th–12th), we brought our passion ringside for our very first LZA Homes Pop-Up Booth at the Northwest Autumn Classic, hosted by the Washington State Hunter Jumper Association (WSHJA) in Monroe, WA.

Positioned right between the hunter and jumper rings, our booth was designed as a welcoming hub for riders, trainers, spectators, and friends to recharge, relax, and connect in the middle of the competition.

A Look Back at Our First Ringside Experience

Creating our inaugural pop-up was all about bringing refined equestrian style to the showgrounds while serving practical needs for showgoers:

  • Charging & Refreshment Station: Showgoers dropped by to recharge their phones between classes, grab a coffee, and enjoy curated treats for riders, horses, and pups.
  • Curated Raffle Giveaway: Visitors entered our giveaway featuring artisanal ceramic mugs, a french press, premium grooming tools, and local favorites.
  • Community Connection: We had a blast catching up with past clients, cheering alongside our trusted lender and title partners, and meeting new faces across the regional equestrian scene.

A huge thank you to WSHJA for giving local businesses a platform to support the sport, and to everyone who stopped by to say hello!

Mark Your Calendars: Our Next Pop-Up is Coming Soon!

Because our inaugural booth was such a hit, we are excited to announce our next event!

LZA Homes will be popping up ringside once again at the WSHJA October Classic & Outreach Show in Monroe from October 16th through October 18th.

Whether you're looking to discuss equestrian acreage, tour luxury residential properties, or simply stop by to recharge your phone and grab a warm cup of coffee, we’d love to see you there.
